Payments
Full payment is required at the time of placing the order. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).

Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines are 3–9 business days depending on your location. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (personal care & fragrances), we do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products.
In case of damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing proof.

Intellectual Property
All product names, images, designs, content, and branding on this website belong to Kishori Ki Khushboo. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
