Refund policy
At Kishori Ki Khushboo, we take great care in the quality and packaging of our pure Vrindavan fragrances. Due to the nature of our products (personal care & fragrances), we follow a strict return policy.
No Return / No Refund on Opened Products
Once a product is opened or used, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing photos/videos.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund (whichever is suitable).
Return Eligibility
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Products purchased during sale or with special discounts may not be eligible for return
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Note
We currently do not offer returns for change of mind or fragrance preference, as the products are personal care items.
